As the premier hot-dip galvanizer, we provide turnkey hot-dip galvanizing services including blasting and spin galvanizing. With projects ranging from stadiums to high profile highway projects, we know that our customers expect the highest quality services from us. Our galvanizing services help to protect our clients' structures and provide safe and long-lasting structures for years to come.
The Galvanizing process occurs in a molten bath (about 850 degrees) and results in a physical bond between the zinc and iron and is sacrificial in nature. What this means for you, the fabricator, is that the zinc coating that results from galvanizing will corrode completely before underlying steel begins to corrode. The hot-dip galvanizing process adds years of service time to your steel parts, and is much cheaper than painting or powder coating.
Hot-Dip Galvanizing
The fact is that without hot-dip galvanizing, steel and iron corrosion are inevitable. That’s where we come in. Our time-tested, environmentally-friendly hot-dip galvanizing process involves coupling fabricated steel with molten zinc. The alloy produced from this reaction is bonded to the steel or iron, ensuring the prevention of corrosion. Our meticulous execution of this process results in a metal so durable, no coating maintenance will be required during its lifespan.
We conform to all relevant ASTM specifications including A-123, A-153, and F-2329, and will gladly provide certifications to that effect.
We are certified in multiple states but can get certified in any state in order to work with you and on your project.

Spin Galvanizing
Spin galvanizing is used for small parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, hinges, and brackets. This process involves taking these parts, immersing them into molten zinc, then spinning off the excess. This process results in evenly coated, galvanized small parts that are functional, durable, and require little to no post-processing.
